Terms and Conditions – Fly to Orlando Giveaway

1. Organizer

This giveaway is organized by Family Vacation House, a vacation rental business based in Kissimmee, Florida. This promotion is not affiliated with or sponsored by Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or any airline provider.

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry and are able to fly from one of the following eligible airports with direct flights to Orlando International Airport (MCO):

  • Atlanta (ATL)
  • Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW)
  • Charlotte (CLT)
  • Newark (EWR)
  • Chicago O’Hare (ORD)
  • Detroit (DTW)
  • Houston (IAH)
  • Fort Lauderdale (FLL)
  • Boston (BOS)
  • Philadelphia (PHL)
  • Las Vegas (LAS)
  • Nashville (BNA)

3. How to Enter

To participate, users must complete the official entry form on flytorlando.familygetawayhome.com, providing accurate personal information, including city of departure and preferred travel dates.

Participants must be willing to book a minimum of five (5) consecutive nights at Family Vacation House during the months of August, September, or October 2025.

4. Prize Details

The prize consists of two (2) one-way standby airline tickets to Orlando (MCO). These flights are subject to availability and are not guaranteed for a specific departure time or date. The winner must be flexible with travel plans and willing to wait for standby clearance at the airport.

Winners are responsible for their return flights, transportation, meals, and any other travel-related expenses not included in the prize.

The prize has no cash value, is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any other benefit.

5. Booking Requirement

To redeem the prize, the winner must confirm and pay for a minimum 5-night reservation at Family Vacation House within 72 hours of being notified. Failure to complete the booking in this timeframe will result in disqualification and selection of a new winner.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected randomly from eligible participants and contacted via the email provided. If no response is received within 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn.

7. Liability and Conditions

Family Vacation House is not responsible for delays, cancellations, flight changes, denied boarding due to airline policies, or any other issues related to the nature of standby travel.

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Family Vacation House and its affiliates from any liability or claim arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.

8. Personal Data

By entering, you agree to the use of your personal information for purposes related to the giveaway and future promotional communications from Family Vacation House. You may opt out at any time.

9. Changes and Termination

Family Vacation House reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time without prior notice, especially in cases of fraud, technical failures, or events beyond our control.
